It makes no sense that it was 2006. There were two season of basketball during the first four seasons. That is two years of school time...hence 2003-04 and 2004-05.

It was 2006!

Mark himself said that the first and second season correlates to first year and second year, and that third and fourth year adds to a third year.. So it was 2006!

I doubt that Xavier will kidnap one (or both) of the babies, because I watched the promo for the next episode and Julian was out with Chris Keller and Dan Scott (probably the best promo of all times, made me laugh for minutes) and he wouldn't be if one of his babies was kidnapped, right? I mean, Brooke and the babies are his life. They mean everything to him. He wouldn't be out there looking for Nathan if one of his children would be missing. But I think that it wasn't just put there tu make fun of us, I bet something bad will go down, just not in the next episode. Or, since it's OTH and they've done TVD endings this season, maybe something bad will happen in the end of the next episode with these two babies.

1) Xavier: I also do NOT think he will kidnap Davis or Jude. I think this scene was just to scare out the sht of us. ;) It dfntly scared the sht out of me ;)
2) Haley/Dan: simply awesome. I love Dan so much now. He may die by saving Nathan.. I swear I will cry like a baby!
I'm a little disappointed that noone seems to care about Nathan. Really? Clay?
3) Chase/Chuck.. that was really sweet too. And I loved Chris for talking to Chuck! I’m a Chuck/Chase/Chris shipper hahah :)
4) Clay/Logan: I dropped a few tears I have to admit. Logan is the sweetest kid on earth. I liked the superhero talk :) I’m glad Logan said no, of course it was supersad, but even a six year old kid would be shocked. This was well done, writers.

thank you SARAH, it most definitely was 2006. I love the stories NALEY and CLINN have and BRUILAN has an interesting. You are right, at least they made an effort to do history meets creepy....aren't the quiet ones always the most dangerous........looking forward to seeing James back though.

1) It WAS 2006 when Jimmy died.
2) Nathan doesn't die. And Mark Schwahn said that James never really had no intention of not coming back for the series finale, he always wanted to be back.
3) Tara just needs to go! If there wasn't Tara maybe we'd have more time for other stuff. She seems pointless.

I am loving this season. It's just getting better with every episode, and I love the longer arcs- all of my favorite shows have them and it makes the viewing experience more fulfilling overall. I'm surprised that the Brooke-Xavier storyline is so unpopular. I find it very well done, because X is a much more realistic villain than the batshit crazy psychos they like to have. It's so damn unsettling and I am really looking forward to how it'll all pan out.

I am angry at how neatly the Chase-Chuck storyline was wrapped up. I really thought Chase killed Chuck's dad, with all that blood. But it turns out he didn't, and Chuck saves Chase from jail time, and even his terrible mother is instantly redeemed. It was too easy after such a dramatic event in last week's episode.
