If the writers are reading you just ruined the only gg had left which was Chair. But yous dont care right? The last two seasons you been getting paid to write crap each week the ratings drop and soon enough you's can stop writing crap. I should of gived up two years ago when I realizes the show was going no where and had no out come but I stick itbout to see what happens w. Chair now im saying Good Bye

The writers are ruining this show, I don't think I've seen a series botched this badly.

@bbking They can choose to watch it or not, I'm not forcing anyone to do anything.
Revolving an entire show around a relationship is a huge mistake, that's why they're in the mess they;re in, they can't develop any characters/relationships properly.
Gossip Girl is about the 'scandalous lives of Manhattan's elite', that's what the whole premise is supposed to be about.
The whole girl wanting to change the 'bad' boy has already been done before and it's already been done better, especially when it's not constantly repetitive and stale.

I Agree with Bfly. Serena as always been there for Blair shes been a good it has been who has been Jealous of Serena. Nate liked Serena and Serena let him knew she she wasnt back for hom she put feelings aside but Blair cant do the same. I cant undwestand the direction the writers are going its not just/ dair/chair the wroters are wroting crap and destroying all of it by writing this crap.

I said CHAIR is the story of gossip girl and to basically waste that pairing with something avearge is appalling.the donut+ blair story has been done, just think of cabbage patch dolls and their waffle+syrup parties to come, it is boring. now u have CHAIR- the bitch and the basstard that is interesting... donut dan +crazy blair + PIZZA FEST for all the fans that should be watching full house.

That still didn't stop Serena from having a relationship with Nate in Season 3, apparently it's not off-limits when Serena does it.

You might as well stop watching the show and drop it, the writers will most likely ruin everyone in the end.

I can't begin to wrap my head around how Blair is now all of a sudden in Love with Dan. They mutually hatted each other and not in a secretly love you kind of way.I like that they developed into a friendship. They were cool as BFF's but nothing more. They have zero chemistry zero spark. A real spark and chemistry is only found between Chuck and Blair as they are true equals in every way they have both been on the same ground since season 1. I am truly disappointed with this whole 5 season it has been the worst in all aspects. And I fear it will only get worse that the whole season will be a bust and and the previous 4 seasons will have meant nothing to all the characters. Here is to hoping that the episodes left in this season solidify what I once loved about Gossip Girl which was Chuck and Blair as a couple with the other great supporting characters and their individual stories. In my heart I will always root for Chuck and Blair until the end. CHAIR 4 Ever!!!!!!!

@BFLY Serena did pursue Nate in Season 3, shouldn't Blair have the right to be angry that Serena betrayed her trust in going after Nate?
Serena was in a relationship with Nate, they had their whole food sex thing going on too, I guess Serena is just such a 'loyal' saint.

@bbking Gossip Girl was just a fun, entertaining show about the glamorous Upper East Siders.
Let's not blow things out of proportion just because you're being a bitter fan, it's really not worth it to get this upset over this terribly written show.
If you really have that much problem with it, you should just drop this show and stop watching, it'll be better for everyone else who feels the same way.

I am so sick of DAIR fans saying that CHAIR fans are young girls...the immature fans are the ones that want blair to betray serena just because serena sleep with nate. -by the way serena did not pursue anything with nate, apologized for it,for like 2 years and serenate did not come up till chair was in too deep, and i always though that the reason that serena did not choose nate over dan was because of blair- like the real reason- she really could not choose nate because she was too loyal,, blair first suppose love .

You know a couple is great when their story is keeping people talking for 5 years!!!CHAIR.. and they try to replace it with something average at best is baffling !!!DAIR... you have a critically acclaim, best of all time list etc.. for a teen show that is amazing,and to try to destroy that is really crazy..I mean to write your most popular female lead as a completely different character to suit a relationship they want to pursue???,MIND BLOWING...And if the writers make DAIR endgame that is fine because CHAIR will be remembered because of ed\leighton..they are far from average together.without CHAIR this show would have been done years ago....

Gossip Girl isn't supposed to be about any relationships, it turned out that way and that's pretty much part of the reason why it sucks so much.
It was supposed to be and it used to be about the scandalous lives of the Upper East Side, it's even in the opening (not the exact words).
