I was uspet that the list had kensi and deeks but no Callen and Sam from NCIS LA. I think they are the best dynamic duo. They are partners friends and sometimes they act like an old married couple.

Shawn & Gus (from USA's Psych) nail it for me. Best friends since childhood, still tight, loyal, and hysterically funny. What's not to love?
I was disappointed that Damon and Stefan weren't listed. Yeah, Damon's bromance with Alaric makes for great tv and has provided for funny moments, but Damon and Stefan are actual brothers, plus (across the seasons) they have had way more screen time together than Dalaric. And while they might bicker and be constantly competing for the affections of the same girl, there is also an unbelievably strong bond between the two - Stefan sacrificed himself to save Damon's life, Elena and Katherine both know that Damon is going to be the one to bring Stefan back from the edge. Plus their repartee is just hilarious. It is one of the core relationships that really makes the show what it is.
Also, like others, I'm surprised by the shout-out to Dan and Chuck. Yes, they have had some great interactions in a couple of episodes this season, as well as sporadically in the past (2x05, 4x18), but seriously? Again, Serena and Blair's friendship is the show's basic premise, Chuck and Nate too have had an

Tony and ZIVA?! Are you KIDDING me?! A more dysfunctional, painful possible partnership has never existed on television. Sorry, but Tony and Gibbs made this show what it is, and STILL make it worth watching.

I don't quite get this. How come Chuck and Dan get to be in this list? Their bond has really took off only during this season, while Nate has been linked to both of them during previous seaons. It should have been Chuck and Nate or Dan and Nate.
