I love Booth and Brennon. Hope they get married in the near future. I love the show and all the characters. I hope Bones stays on the air for a very long time. My second choice to vote for would have been Castle and Beckette, hope they stay on the air a long time too.

I THINK BOOTH AND BRENAN IS SOOO THE TEAM, ALTHOUGH I LIKED IT BETTER WHEN THEY WERE TOGETHER, THEY SHOULDNT OF HAD THEM TOGETHER. SHE SHOULD OF GOTTEN PREGNANT BY ANOTHER MAN AND HE JUST BE THERE TO HELP. THEN THE SEXUAL TENSION WOULD OF STILL BEEN THERE

yes i think that booth and bernnen are a grat team and i think is about time thay get tothager and i think that thay would be great parents and i hoe that ther darghter is like booth and Bernnen i hope that she is a FBI agent but just as smart like her mother and i hop that bernnens and Angles son would be good friends or maybe when they grow up that they can get married snd that whay Booth and Bernnen and Angla and Jack Hogens would be a Big Fanily inlaws if the show is on the air that long i hope that hapens i LOVE BONES is one of the best show that has ben on Tv sents Law and order and the X files

I cant believe you left out Mary&Marshall of In Plain Sight.The second best duo on t.v. After Bones.

There's one duo that was missed -- McGarrett and Dano on Hawaii 5-0 -- they are one of my favorites!

Sam and Dean. I mean you have this big strong manly looking men who pretty much openly love each other with all their heart and soul and aren't ashamed to admit they are each other's whole world. Dean cried and drank every night for a whole year when Sam was in hell because he was miserable without him. Sam didn't fare much better when Dean died either. It's so sweet how depth of feeling is. *sniffs*

I have to throw my weight behind Sam and Dean.
There are some damn worthy couples on this poll (Troy/Abed, Shawn/Gus) but the fate of the show doesn't really rest on the fact that the two leads work so well together.
Sam and Dean's chemistry as leads is what carries the show. The actors have shown a mastery of both comedy and drama, and whilst other shows have other draws apart from the duos in question (General hilarity on Community, Lassie on Psych) the entire show of Supernatural is utterly dependent on Sam and Dean's partnership. If they weren't the Dynamic Duo we know and love, no one would watch the show.
I gotta give it to them for shouldering that responsibility so well and doing it for 7 years straight.
dean & sam hands down. more dynamic duo than this 2 guys? there is no other.

Wow, the Winchesters have gone from fourth place to second place AND nobody can even accuse the fans of cheating! There you go you see, that is what the Supernatural fandom can do when they pull together, no bots, no multiple votes! They could actually win this, come on boys!!!! :))
