I think this show is turning out amazing. Every week they concentrate on a different character and I can't wait to see more :) I def didnt expect to see the wife/fiance again.
I'm really loving this show, when i first heard about this and grim i was expecting grim to be be the better of the two but this is really blowing grim out of the water. And am i the only one who can see a future romance between Emma and the sherrif? He said that the forest was his territory so i'm wondering what fairy tale character he is, big bad wolf?
This show is so great! Ginnifer Goodwin is amazing!

Fantastic episode and fantastic series. Worth the watch. This is defintely my new addiction.
I was wondering also about why Regina/Evil Queen hates so. I am sure we will get an answer soon. This series moves right along nicely.

lara. everyone allowed their opnion but man you need to stop be so cynical and just enjoy this show OR DONT WATCH IT ALL. GO WATCH JERSEY SHORE OR BAD GIRL CLUB .
I loved this episode and the spunky Snow White. The stories between Snow and Charming in the Fairy Tale world and Mary Margaret and John Doe/David in Storybrooke were both distinctive and very effective. I can't wait to see their true love win out in the end - and see how Mary Margaret and Emma do as roommates.

loved this ep btw, the Evil witch seems to have answers for everything, love to hate her. Snow white story was great and Emma coming to her mom to leave was very touching.
i am still firm believer that the queen knows all about the curse, the reaction she had when she found out that Snow white was the one to wake Charming up, well pictures is worth a thousand words and it was obvious what that pic was saying. besides in the exposition to the ep, they told us that the queen knows.

this isn't the first time the story of Snow white is retold to make her way more pro-active. you need to see Snow White: A Tale of Terror with Sigourney Weaver, it's amazing!

I really loved this episode. Even though we didn't see too much of Emma, I think it makes sense because the episode is supposed to tell us about how Snow White and Prince Charming met. Regina/Evil Queen has to know something about the curse. As Duke said above, a witch wouldn't lay a curse on the land and not know anything about it. The timing of her bringing in John Doe's wife all of a sudden, even though he's been there for years. All of a sudden she knows his name and where he comes from. Coincidence? I don't think so. This is a woman who killed her father just so she can have some sort of vengeance on Snow White. I really can't wait to find out exactly what her problem with Snow White is. When Charming asked Snow White what she did, she just said that she (Snow White) ruined her life. No how or why, yet in the pilot Snow says that the Queen poisoned an apple because Snow was prettier than her. It's a hell of a lot more than an issue of who is the fairest in the land.

I am sure that the Queen knows everything about the new world. What I don't understand is why she hates Snow so much. Its not becuz who is fairer. Its something else which they need to explore soon.

Favorite episode thus far. The chemsitry between Josh and Ginnifer is amazing. I like the spin they are putting on the characters. I am over the evil queen ...seriously surprised she didn't lock Henry in the basement. I think the true gold will be Emma truely believes in the curse.

Hey, look at it this way: at least divorce is an option in Storybrooke. I suppose that kind of makes this marriage "equal" to the fairytale-realm engagement.

Yeah Regina seems miserable with the curse she created. I guess she felt like if she couldn't be happy then no one should. But surely she could've cast a different spell!!

Ok, seriously, you're still questioning whether or not Regina is aware of the curse? Uh DUH!! What kind of a witch would cast a spell that she wouldn't have control over? The only person she doesn't seem to have any power over is Rumpelstiltzskin, which I'm still curious about, but I think it's safe to say that she, along with Henry, are the only ones who know the truth. Now I'm just curious as to how Henry is aware of what's going on.

i think you give this show WAY too much merit. it takes itself so seriously it just comes across as corny. a troll under the bridge? you HAVE to have some humour about this, or it just comes off as stupid. it's basically just snow white with some 'fun' variations. except it's not really, because obviously the blonde isn't going to marry charming, because we've already seen what happens. also, henry is very annoying, and while it's one thing to have the overly dramatic evil queen, it's another thing to have the mayor say comic book like statements and have people take her seriously. plus, i really don't get the point of regina's curse- does anyone else think she doesn't seem like she's a lot happier?

I never thought they could take this show and Grimm in two different directions and make them so compellingly interesting.
OMG I was literally squealing every time Josh Dallas and Ginnifer Goodwin are in a scene together. Their chemistry is overwhelming! I love this episode! Most favorite episode so far!
