I guess if your are an Alex fan it's easy to stick with the show, if you are a Kono, which I am, it's a little more difficult as she is the one be pushed to the background. I will stop watching and watch season 1 and The Border a Canadian show where she plays DHS agent, a better one than Lori. Sorry to feel that way

I finally have to admit I have been worn down. I really don't give a crap whether Lori stays or goes. I'll watch the show when I get the change-recording it each week. I just don't have the same interest that I did last year. On kind of the same note, did anyone see the interview AOL did for Belgium? He sure talks like he doesn't respect Americans much! My respect etc. for AOL and his character is lowered as well.

I actually saw pictures of her in that same blouse in early November. All five of them were on a break, checking their phones, sitting in a dump truck scoop (if that is what you would call it), trying to get some shade. The dump truck looks as though its in the next episode putting dirt on the school bus. I do believe that they are all on break for the holidays as Jim G. had said they did last year. I heard that Lauren German was back in LA, so I assume Grace Park is in Canada with her husband, Alex is in Australia with his son, Scott is in LA. The only one who's family is in Hawaii is Daniel. They start filming in July so they should be ahead since the season did not start until September.
Unfortuneatly, that means the fate of the Lori character has already been decided, and since they are not talking, we won't find out until we watch episode 2-14 in January.

Ok so which one of you traitors is sending Lauren German chocolate covered strawberries under the banner TeamH50? Seriously. What manner of pest control strategy is this? You know she probably ran to Lenkov, said gift in hand, screaming "look how much they luuurrrve me. Can I stay? Can I. Can I?" She probably only twitted it to make sure everyone knows just how 'popular' she really is.
I'm kind of joking (but not really). Lauren and Lori may be two entities but the truth is, if CBS believes that Lauren has a committed following then they will keep Lori on the show. Actor and character are inextricably linked.
I'm sure the girl only eats three times a week and then only a stick of celery but I'm still hoping that those chocolates were atleast laced with something that improves acting skills; actor-steroids if you will.

This is how I see the next episodes of Five-o:
- Wo Fat is not done with Steve McGarrett, so most likely he will try again to kill him
- a good time and place for that is Chin Ho's weeding
- possibly he will hurt someone else, Malia maybe, or kidnap Danno's daughter
- Joe knows much more about Steve's father and Wo Fat, but for some reason he won't tell Steve
- we'll find out new information about the investigation Steve's father was working on but won't find out the whole truth
- Danno's ex will show up again because her marriage is over
- Kono will have (at least she should) some romance with someone, maybe with that lab guy
- Lori will be present sill the end of the season (don't kill me for this :) )
- Wo Fat is just another piece of the chain, he is working for someone more powerful and connected

As hope dies last, I think they are filming 2x12 and 2x13 now @Tamara, since two weeks ago Lauren posted pictures of her on set of 2x11 on twitter. She was dressed like this new promo. They don´t shoot so far ahead! So we can only hope that she´s doing her final scenes.
Apparently the inside sources that were revealed earlier here are accurate, because she´s been tweeting pictures with Scott but that´s it! It appears to be her only friend on set.

I still praying that after 2.13 it's over for Lori BTW this episode will air January 2 we only have a hiatus for 2 weeks and I think they shooting 2.14 now so yes officer Weston will continue to stay UGH!!! You can't tell me that Peter doesn't see all of this; the negative reactions, the tweets, the reviews and posting concerning this character. It makes me wonder what it will take for him to finally react and do what is best for the show and cut Lori loose.

That's not possible! To end a season like this is cruel. I guess it will be some kind of surprise for us at the end, like in season 1 but not like this.

Hey guys,I've seen the promo of next week's new episode too.
And yeah,unfortunately Lori will still be everywhere as she did in earlier eps.
I admire you for your persevere and your love for the show.
I'm afraid I can do the same thing,I'm not sure I could endure watching for how long,maybe one more episode.

I don't like to be the bearer of bad news but I think we all need to accept the fact that the NEW LEAD character on Hawaii Five O is Lori Weston. She is being groomed to take over Steve's job. We either have to get used to it or say Aloha (which I'll be doing after this season). She has single handidly ruined a great show. With all the negative feedback CBS has received from thousands of fans of late, Lori Weston's character is STILL on. The executives on CBS are just that, executives. No one said they were intelligent...

@Tamara...I am worrying less and less about steve and lori getting put together on the show. I am quite sure alex has some say and he is very protective of his character and wants steve to be written correctly. And the steve Mcg we have all come to know and love would never hook up with one of his team. It is like rule #1 in the ethics and I am quite sure in the military code he lives by. ALex talks quite a bit about how he protects the integrity of steve so I am going to not worry about it.
That look lori gave steve got ZERO response from him so she can look all she wants but she just looks foolish. Hey she has got good taste, he is a hottie!! LOL!

@Tamara, Hey I think Max and Lori would be good, especially after the "Grease" costumes. I liked Catherine also, but I don't think she is coming back. Although, they did leave it open. I'm hoping McG finds someone normal, and who will settle him down a little, showing the Lori character how really stupid she looks going after her boss.
I guess we can hope. I'm really looking forward to the next 2 episodes. I do love this show, despite someone annoying in it.

@Zia............I hope i am wrong first of all I love Malia and just like Catherine she shows up once in a while what is perfect for me I love that we finally have a cop show who also shows some private life of or main cast we don't see that often.
Second it would be cute if one of the team have a happy life and Malia is perfect for Chin and Catherine is perfect for Steve IMO! Hope Steve will soon go to Mubai to meet her again so Lori knows he is not available for her she can have Max LOL

I'm also afraid we have to stick with Lori till the end of this season because till now there is no signal that she is leaving she still tweets pics with her and Scott (vormit here for a moment) soooo I hope Wo-Fat will kill her off in the finale!! I will tolerate her I love this show to much to quit watching because of her. But one look or touch that Steve will hock up with her I swear then I am done! Lori took already so much away from the other 3 main characters she don't need to take Steve's/Alex screentime also! Every time I hope she get less but again in the new promo she is everywhere scick of her she need to go! will give CBS my feedback again!

@Zia..we could be wrong about malia, we are just throwing some ideas out there. Gone forever is referencing to someone. I was hoping it was Lori though. Malia is likable and does not suck up screentime.
Yeah I have decided as long as they do not link lori with steve as a partner in place of danny or as a (and I cringe as I say this) a lover....Uggg!! Then I will tolerate her. All bets are off if they do either of those two things though. I think they have backed off her eating up the show. Even Alex said you cannot replace the danny steve scenes with anyone.If they give her less screentime and make steve her boss ONLY I can make it through till she is gone, and she will be. She is not in any promotional stuff so I am thinking she is temporary.
Oh and the new extended promo for 2.11 is out and it looks really really good and intense.

Wow! I hope you are wrong about Malia. I would like to see one of them have a stable home life. I know people like to say this is a cop show, and it is, but it is driven by the characters in the show, and you have to show a personal side to the characters.
@amazingalex: You had said earlier that the Lori character may be extended, and I think you are right. I guess we have to live with it. I too will try to look past my dislike of the character, and enjoy the rest of the show. I hope they at least give her less time then she has had though. I still am missing Kono being in there more often. At least they are showing that Danny is Steve's partner and not Lori. I will try not to cringe. You are right that its a long wait until the next new episode after the 12/12/11 episode. A little withdrawal will happen.

@Tamara..yeah I have a little crush on that alex!! LOL!! Wayyy too handsome for his own good but more importantly seems like a sweetie. He actually told cbs he would not do hawaii five o if they pull the pin on it and they told him they wont. Love that he took that stand.
As for Wo Fat, I do believe that if malia were to die it would be because of wo fat. I am thinking he may target steves friends, maybe it would be meant for chin but she dies instead. This is just me throwing stuff out there, I have no idea really what happens!! I did not know that that is the last episode before the hiatus.....grrr that is gonna feel like a lonnnng wait for it to come back!!!

@amazingalex .... Yeah Alex is such a guy and he will be loyal to CBS to afterall they give him 3 times an chance for a lead role in a TV serie!!
I think it's Malia I don't see any of the 4 main characters happely married in the second season I was hoping the marriage would take place in the season finale with a shooting as a cliffhanger but we get it now in 2.12 just for the hiatus! I hope we get the press release soon so we can see if Wo_fat come's back if so then Malia is gone forever i'm afraid!

@Tamara....Alex seems like such a great,stand up guy. He would stay loyal to the show that made him famous until the show has run his course for sure. He seems to really love the show. Gotta love him!!!

I thought of malia for a minute too cause the wedding seems quick and it would be a bit odd for chin to be married. Oh that would be really sad.

I am not sure what the gone forever refers to. I had high hopes it was lori's last epi. Probably not though.

Yeah Hawaii Five-O still has good ratings!!
(Episode 2,08 airdate November 7 Hawaii Five-O topped absolute average viewership gained from DVR viewing, adding 3.645 million viewers via DVR viewing between the Live+Same Day and Live + 7 day measurement periods.They had 13.963 million viewers that's HUGE!!)
I understand your concern about Alex @amazingalex but Alex is grateful he finally has a hit show so I don't see him leaving anytime soon and don't forget Alex and Scott both sign for 7 years!!
About episode 2.12 Gone Forever thats the episode were Chin and Malia getting married I'm scared something bad will happen to Malia :(

Oops forgot the title for epi 2.12 means "Gone forever".......please please please let this be referring to lori, ha ha!!
