Wow! It's about time, but this new antagonist is a real push over, so he's doing his job, whatever it takes to survive. He feels confident that he has Michael in his grip. I hope Michael takes control fast, when he tried to clear his name before he landed in ice cold waters, now I hope he comes clean. Puerto Rico sounds like a nice trip for Burn Notice, but at what cost.
