Who Should Play The Punisher?
Fox is about to dish about some serious vigilante justice.
According to Deadline, that network has purchased the rights to this Marvel comic book, which has been adapted multiple times on the big screen, most recently in 2008 when Ray Stevenson took on the title role.

The Punisher centers around Frank Castle, a New York City detective who spends his evening catching the criminals that are beyond the justice system's grasp. Fox has committed to a pilot of the series and may air it as early as next year.
So, the inevitable question arises: Who should play The Punisher? Sound off now.

I definitely think that Thomas Jane should play the part hands down and should follow off from where the Punisher left off. Although, I think it would better work on a channel like HBO, Showtime, etc so they could have the freedom with the script.

Liked the news till I got to the Fox part.. They cancel everything ffs.. It should be on HBO or Showtime so we could see some real action and violence and some F words ;) so yeah dunno.. Mark Valley perhaps? or Ray Stevenson

Hmm... for some reason, I'm actually thinking Taylor Kinney from Vampire Diaries on this one. He did a great job as Mason Lockwood; I think he definitely looks the part of The Punisher, and I'm sure he'd be up for the task, physically.

I'm actually fine with Thomas Jane from The Punisher 1 to be casted again.
That said, in an 'ideal universe' if the world has no limits:
1.) I think Gerald Butler would be hilarious. One line quips with like from "Law Abiding Citizen" were great.
2.) I also loved Samuel L Jackson as Nick Fury, so why can't we get someone as cool.
3.) Also, along the same-wise crack and epic-ness it would have to be Ron Perlman from the Hellboy Movies.
P.S No Ex-WWE or WWF wrestlers as they tend to over-act.

By the look of the ratings, I think Hung will be finished be the end of season 3. So I think once it's completed, they should call in Thomas Jane to play the role, like he did in the film.
