Yes! I loveeee Dair. Best Couple Ever. I loved the first season of Gossip girl. I was originally a chair fan. However, I am 100 percent done with them. chuck with hookers, etc soooo old. I've also loved dair from the beginning though, they are freakin amazing. It's so fun to watch their dynamic. I just don't want them to ruin their friendship in the process. Like I want them to be endgame personally, but if their not gonna be then I want them to be a couple and fall in love but maybe have it not work out?? something heartbreaking maybe?? but i still want them to always remain friends. I think what they mean by doozy is drunk. Some of my colleges friends say wow last night was a doozy. so i hope its not something stupid like that. DAIR FOR LIFE!!!!!!!! ENDGAME!!! since ill stop watching the show as soon as they are over. besides why do you chuck fans like him, ed westwick wants to leave the show anyway, he doesn't even care about what you chair fans want so yeah! DAIRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Kabasian what are you even talking about? Chair is the show. They have the biggiest fan-base. We tune in to watch them, so when they aren't together, we lose interest. Do the math.
Don't tell me the ratings went down because Vanessa hasn't been around.

I don't even know anymore...is there anything that can salve GG from total lameness anymore? Cause certainly there seems to be nothing that can kill what is already dead... :(
I'm SAD and disappointed with where they are taking season 4 now, the first half was great and I thought they would keep it up, but once again, they managed to go off tracks like they always do...so sad to see GG agonizing and be powerless to stop it! :(

I don't know how many times this poll will appear. But DON'T the producers Dare to Dair. And if their dynamic is so entertaining and fun to watch then why was "Damien Darko", the episode that featured their storyline at W Magazine as the main one, had the lowest viewers in the history of the serie? Yeah, they're not so great together now are they? Its because of Dan, btw. He's freaking annoying. He thinks he is always right and good but it only comes off as arrogance.
Now I hope the return of Louis means he and Blair will get together. Now that is entertaining and a joy to watch.

I love Dan/Serena and Chuck/Blair but the banter that Blair and Dan provide is CLASSIC! I can totally see some kind of relationship, though it wont last, it would be fun to see for a while. You know Blair wont want to admit it bec Brooklyn is "below" her in her mind. all in all there great together and i totally want to see DAIR for a while.
As for the cliffhanger i can see three options
1. They are either about to get together and the show cuts
2. They are together secretively and Serena/Chuck figures it out or sees them in a compromising postition.
3. Finally the Prince comes back(idk when the Prince started shooting) in the last 30 secs to sweep Blair off her feet. Eventhough Dair is kinda or finally admitting their feelings
All i know is that i hope its interesting and the SIX WEEKS (uggggh) ARE WORTH IT!!!!! better be one damn good cliffhanger
Chair is Endgame so dair fans enjoy it while it last and don't worry you'll always
Have dair scene to watch on YouTube and dair fan fictions.

Also, this Dair thing reminds me of Sawyer and Juliet from LOST. Before they got together everyone was hemming and hawing saying that they would suck as a couple. When Suliet actually DID happen, people went nuts over them, including former hardcore Skaters! Chair fans, just wait for Dair to happen - they'll be epic and sexy, and I'm sure you'll be converted in no time ;)

I love Dan and Blair together. They have a mature relationship: common interests, an ability to be open and honest with each other, no games. All Chuck and Blair have is some warmed over sexual chemistry and the love of scheming in common, which quite frankly brings out the worst in both characters and is what caused the breakdown of their entire relationship. C and B are that type of couple that are better off as friends, and they need to learn that. They're too alike to stay together.

That should be exciting, its a shame there will be another break, but a cliffhanger is always worth the wait. As louis is coming back than B, will be getting a lot of male attantion. Hope C, will be jealous. S, will be a bit mad as Dan is her ex.
This shouldn't make me happy 'cos I love Chairbut the show needs some veriaty not just recycled material from previouse seasons.

I wish there wasn't friction between people who like one 'ship and those that don't. It makes enjoying the fan experience much more difficult when you feel like you have to defend what you prefer. But that goes for most fandoms, I guess. I remember some shows that I loved, ones geared for fairly grown up audiences, and seeing 'shippers be way more crazy and hateful then they are in the GG world.
I think Dan/Blair interraction is among the most entertaining parts of recent episodes. Honestly, I love them together! But it doesn't make me angry when I see Chair bits, not at all. SO why the hostility?
i'm loving this dan and blair interaction!! it's a nice change!! but i know they won't be a couple and i don't mind :)

Ugh, this whole Dan/Blair storyline is so contrived. Dan working at a women's fashion magazine? Really? His writer buddy couldn't find him an internship anywhere else? They must not be very close after all. I didn't even understand why Blair sought out Dan over Chuck when they were looking for Serena, but that story was at least a little more believable than this one.
AND the writers totally stole the Dair buildup from fanfic writers. Let's be honest - if Dair shippers hadn't been pushing for an actual established relationship from the beginning, the writers would've had Dair be some drunken hookup. Now I don't even know if they care about Chair anymore. Chair had so much potential after episodes 7-9 and they just threw that arc to the wind. AGH! Guess I'm going to be plucking my eyes out with a fork for the next few weeks.
I'll be honest, I actually do enjoy the banter between Dan & Blair - but only when it's scathing and hateful and not sarcastic and playful. I rather enjo

srsly. and it's not even because i love them so much but really - that's like, the only reason left to watch.
Serena is so annoying i started muting her. Chuck has (yet again) found someone else and is so all up in that, Nate really isnt anywhere, even Jenny's gone!
Blair should have something nice and flirty and fun. so should Dan.
They also are the only ones that actually take the acting srsly anymore.
we all know that Chair is endgame - but ther's still time untill then.
The Dair story brings all the fun and the giggles back to the show!
So - haters - go away!!!!!!!
I realy love to see the 2 of them because of the funny moments, just think them on a party and blair as well blair and dan a non snob asking for a beer

Why would they go on another break?? And for so long?? Ever the show has been back on after the recent break i haven't been able to get into it as much as inwas before because of the long gap!! I really hope they won't take a break because it's not necessary!
