But the character has been forced to get more involved this season, considering Damon sort of killed him and then he started to crush on a witch. Viewers should expect to see a lot more of Jeremy in the spotlight as episodes progress, says Steven R. McQueen, who teased to Entertainment Weekly major advances in Jeremy's love life and his hunting life...
How will Jeremy interact with Luke and Jonas? There’s definitely a conflict coming up.
Will Jeremy get close to John Gilbert? He’s pulled in two different directions. I think at some point Jeremy is going to be trained in the art of vampire-hunting. Whether that’s Uncle John or Alaric has yet to be seen.
What's the deal with Jeremy and Bonnie?!? Things definitely start to heat up and they start becoming a little more involved.. If [a] hypothetical kiss happened, I might have just grabbed her and gone for it.

Jeremy being in the show more often is awesome. I kind of never like hi just sitting in the background. But as a vampire HUNTER, naw I don't see it. And as far as him with Bonnie, it'll take some getting use to.

Jeremy is sweet and all. But for Bonnie NO NO NO. Bonnie is a gorgeous/sexy woman would love to see Bonnie with Damon. They both exude sexiness and would incredible to see a makeout scene. To me Bonnie is the hottest and Damon is the hottest on the show. Come on two hotties belong together. Even if for one night of PASSION.

it seems oh wow to have Jeremy as a vampire hunter but it's ok to have a person like him to help Elena. what a person needs to become a vampire hunter is to have the right weapons and have some training to fight. But I know that with the help that Jeremy can give, even Alaric and the others, will help keep Elena safe and spread peace to Mystic Falls. =)
