Simply put, Glee owned the 2011 Golden Globe Awards.

As entertaining as the music is on Glee, I really don't think it deserves an award for...anything besides the music. The acting isn't bad, but it isn't great either; the dialogue is often choppy and a bit awkward; not to mention that it has ZERO continuity. Don't get me wrong - I do enjoy watching it, but honestly I think if it wasn't for the fact that it was a musical show it would have been cancelled a long time ago. I really hope the writer's on Glee start concentrating on actual story telling and character development, rather than just preaching about pamphlet teen issues and having random guest stars every week. When they do, I'll be happy to see them win that Golden Globe.
