CSI: NY to Bring Back David James Elliott
Rejoice, David James Elliott fan! The former JAG star will appear again on CSI: NY.
The actor guest-starred on the January 8 installment of this CBS hit as FBI agent Russ Josephson, the ex-husband of Sela Ward’s Detective Jo Danville. There were clearly sparks remaining between the former couple.
In April, TV Line reports, Josephson will return in order to help Danville through a difficult family situation. He'll also assist Mac with an ongoing murder investigation.

DJE is his usual charming and good looking self. He seems to accept her decision to work and clearly still has feelings for her. I saw him as protective and caring, not a stalker at all. Hope they get back together...I would LOVE seeing more of him in the show.

Yeah I think hes a stalker like too I don`t trust him guesse I have to wait and see.

chemistry between Jo and Russ? I found him more like a possessive stalker than like a potential lover for her. He couldn't even say that they are divorced.
