Later this season on The Mentalist, though, it sounds like he'll fully embrace his dark side: according to TV Guide, the actor will guest star on the October 14 episode of this drama as Max Armstrong, a man suspected of murder.

He'll attract the attention of Patrick Jane due to his calm demeanor in the face of the crime.
