So far a good episode...kinda reminds me of GOSSIP GIRL (with all the scandals & secrets). The casting is great (Holly Marie Combs, Laura Leighton, Lucy Hale, etc.). Can't wait until the story unravels. ONLY ONE MINOR SETBACK: The subplot between budding lovers Emily and Maya is BORING!!! Will continue on to the 2nd ep.

i liked it alot.
but also i didnt read these series but i thought it was really good. i like aria the best she is so pretty and i hope her and the teacher stay together they are soo cute

i feel a little disappointed...
the thing that bothers me the most was that they didn't even show evidence of hanna's bullimia, which was a BIG deal in the books. also in the books she stole jewelry from tiffany's, not a pair of sunglasses. i just kept comparing everything to the books. the end was kinda corny too, with them reading the text outloud. i will be watching next week, hopefully the next episode will be better.

omg! the first episode the pilot was AMAZING!! it totally hooked me. WOW!!! I Really loved it. normally im not a big fan of pilots (dunno why) but this one was really really good! Cant wait for the rest!!

I liked it, and I hear the second episode is even better. There is not much on during the summer, so I'm glad there is more original programming this summer. PLL was advertised very well, and it's facebook page has over 254,832 fans already. The show has just aired it's first episode. My guess is it will be a hit.

I liked it but not that much.
What bothered me the most was the shoplifting storyline. They made it look as if Hannah had commited a terrible crime when it was something stupid. Her mother had to sleep with the detective to avoid Hannah getting into trouble?
