I admit, I thought Georgie was faking ... everything she says/does is a lie after all, I can be forgiven the error.

They can't kill Chuck, he's just too much important for this show (and the audience rates).
And it would be ridiculous to have him as a ghost, it's not a supernatural series.
Guys, don't be silly. Chuck will very much be alive next season.

If Chuck dies I have no more reason to watch GG, since Blair and Chuck make this show, and GG without one of them would be nothing,

yeah if chuck dies i won't watch gossip girl. and the OC was so bad after marissa left, so I hope josh whatever doesn't do the same. Because it failed last time, and will fail again.
Impossible for the writers to let Chuck dies, they know how fans love Chuck and Blair.

Now im getting nervous, when Chuck got shot on the last scene i was like "well well, we all know thats hh is gonna survive cause Ed westwick is going to be filming in Paris this summer". But now im like "okay, are they gonna make him into a ghost?". But seriously i dont think they would do something like that unless Ed westwick wanted to quit GG. Or??? We all know that they would have to cancel GG if Chuck wasnt a part of it anymore, since Chuck and Blair ARE GG! And Stephanie Savage and Josh Schwartz knows this too... I hope...

of course he's not dead..with Marissa, it was pretty obvious, but here..if they wanted to kill him, it'd be major, not just some cheap shot in the last 2 mins of the ep

yeah, but, you know, he really can die and it'd be like in 03x12 when Bart showed up as a ghost. I don't want him to die but I'm just thinking it'd work. And I'm hoping it's not Dan's child or Georgina isn't pregnant at all (have you ever heard a truth from her lips?! Me neither.)! And , as Little J said: DAN SERENA DAN SERENA WOO-HOO!

If Chuck's dead I'm not watching the show again. The show will be nothing without him.
i am looking forward to the next season and i think it is save to say Chuck is still alive and i agree with 'anon gossipgirl'...i feel the same way! :D

I'm just saying, if Chuck's dead, the shows over & everyone knows it. Don't fool yourselves into thinking he can symbolicly be alive like in the O.C. with marissa and affect everything, whatever, if he's dead, he's dead. Please show the fan community you are intelligent enough to know that.

I must admit it yes i feel 100 times better. After the season finale which i stopped watching once Chuck got with Jenny. I might want to see it only for the Georgina plot and revenge on Blairs part. Nice for the them to avoid the Chuck being alive since we all know since it was announced they will be in France to film two episodes for the season premire.
