in the books they killed each other because of her and since they had her blood in the system they turned, right?

She still could have been the one who changed them. If they both drank her blood and it was still in their system, they could have died trying to save her and then they would be turned. Could be. I think she had to be the one that changed them. That's why they are forever tied to her.
