Vampire Diaries Sneak Peeks: "Bloodlines"
After six weeks off the air, The Vampire Diaries finally returns with a new episode on Thursday.
Titled "Bloodlines," it won't waste much time alerting viewers to Elena's fate, as the character was last seen trapped in her car with a mystery man/creature making his way toward her.
