Grey's Anatomy Teaser: That's Gotta Hurt

Here's a nightmare scenario for you if you ever have surgery, or even watch it on TV. Check out E! Online's teaser for an upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy today ...

Q: Anything on Grey's Anatomy?

A: You know how there are often parallels between the storylines for Grey's Anatomy doctors and what their patients are going through?

Well, we're a little worried about an upcoming episode where it seems producers are taking a page from an old Nip/Tuck episode: The anesthesia doesn't work on a patient and she wakes up during her surgery and is conscious through terrible agonies of pain.

Whose life do you think that reflects?

    There seems to be confusion.

I don't believe they are saying that the patient is going to wake up in the middle of the surgery, I believe what they are saying is the patient will look like they are under (asleep) to the surgeons but will be awake and not able to move. They will feel everything the doctors are doing.

I believe there was a movie like that, I think it was called 'awake'.

I may not be right, however there seems to be a lot of angry and frustration happening over this. I thought if I am right, it might help a little.

OIC!!! I didn't remember that. I swear this article is kinda what I went through this week. I started having chest pain on friday night and end up in the hospital for 3 days. Yesterday they did a heart cath on me. I thought it was so cool getting to see the needle go into my heart until they started the dye and then I was blinded with pain. You should never be awake for that. Before they started the procedure I thought I was on and eppy of Grey's they was playing the music from one of the eppys and then the song I kissed a girl. I guess the doctors in the cath dept are fans. LOL!!! Oh and my cath did show I had a heart attack. Grrrr!!!!

FYI...Addie and Arizona already met last season when Addie delivered the baby of the patient Derek killed on the last cross over...Arizona took the baby from Addie to help it survive. They didn't talk to each other but worked together.

does anyone read this? I´m reading this right? So MerDer are really together FOREVER? No more break up for them or love triangle :D

    From Ausellio:

With new mom Ellen Pompeo firmly entrenched back at Grey’s Anatomy, the show is moving Derek and Meredith back where they belong: front and center. That’s the good news. Here comes the bad…

“They will face some relationship challenges, many of them work-oriented, in the second half of the season,” reveals exec producer Shonda Rhimes.

The Queen of Shondaland, however, insists that this latest obstacle will not result in the newly married-via-Post-It pair breaking up — a rumor that has been making the rounds on the Internets (and stirring Der-Mer fans into a veritable frenzy). “I don’t know how many times [I] can say, ‘Derek and Meredith are together forever’ and have anybody hear it,” she sighs. “I can only reassure so much.

“In order to [produce] a drama you need to have some drama,” Rhimes adds w
