There was evidence on both sides of this question throughout the latest episode of The Good Wife, as Alicia and company took on the case of a stripper accusing a very rich man of rape.

While Will worried this had "Duke lacrosse" written all over it, the firm took on the case and fought to prove the woman's allegations. Alicia's son, meanwhile, fought to prove something about his father, as well.
