I am greatly offended, appalled and shocked by this storyline---even more so with the “big kiss.” We old-timers (viewers for over 44 years) have made ATWT successful all these years. This storyline will be ATWT’s downfall----we will not have this “junk” shoved down our throats. We may not be able to control what goes on outside our doors, but in this case, it’s as simple as turning off our TVs and ATWT can watch their ratings spiral down after 50 years of success! Shame on you, ATWT!

I have no problem with the storyline. It has been done beautifully and taking its time to grow and not just for ratings. The storyline is quite good for educating all ages. If people think that "being gay" does not touch everyone's lives...they are wrong because regardless if you know or don't know someone gay, they just don't know as of yet it helps bridge discrimation.
