Just another update to let you know that we've posted our comprehensive episode guide to tonight's "Desire." And what an episode it was. So much to discuss. George talking about transfering, Derek unsure of himself, Richard getting a badly-needed kick in the butt, more wedding talk from Burktina and so much more. When I said that her issues are resolved, I meant the issues that encouraged her to stop swimming.
You know when her mother says those things to her.
I never said she doesn't have any issues any more. She just has NEW issues now.

i don't get it. where's the love??? derek always somehow professes his love for meredith like all the time. then all of a sudden we're supposed to believe that he's not going to be there for her anymore. what happened to...
"I've been in love with you forever."
"From now on, you can expect that I'm gonna show up. Even if I yell. Even if you yell. I'm always gonna show up. Okay?"
"This is the happy ever after part. And in the happily ever after, the guy is there all the time, saying things and the girls love it!"

Meredith's issues are definately NOT resolved!!! She's going to carry them with her for awhile, but eventually, she'll let go. She needs to face them and really needs to communicate. She's being a little selfish--even though it's expected with what's happened--but she's in a relationship and needs to think about Derek too--he's trying to become chief (you know, like his major life goal, no BIGGIE). Even without Derek there, she's in denial. Life on a psychological crutch doesn't work (look at our planet).

Derek wasn't a jerk in this episode. He probably could of tried to confront Meredith in a way that would allow her to talk, but he's really right. He can't breathe for both of them. He is definately there to support Meredith, but she needs to breathe, let it out, and confront her suicide attempt. She needs to have a good conversation. She had one with Denny, so we know that she can...she just has to come to terms with it.

i was just wondering why meredith is still keeping her mother's ashes in an urn at the back of her closet, shouldnt she set her free? and maybe she (mer)will finally get the peace she deserve. just a thought...

i loved this episode. It was so cute and we finally FINALLY got to see some saucy action between Addison and Alex, i hate that Addisons leaving because Alex and her suit so well, there is so much chemisty they are my favorite couple at the moment. Mer/Der arent working, HES the one who isnt communicating properly, was he saying he wanted to end things with Mer? The love of his life, all the trouble he went through to be with her? he was bieng such an ass.
I did feel sorry for Mark in this episode, he seemed sincere with Addison, but she just doesnt feel the same way for him.
But now Ava, i cant decide whether shes in love with Alex or not, how could she NOT be really? but still, she completely scared Alex away from Addison. Alex STILL doesnt seem all that into Addison, not as much as she is crazy about him. Hmm. I do love Doctor Karev though.
Izzie and George need to sort this thing out, Callie and George were never right, we know that, but Izzie and George arent right either.

We know that Burke loves Cristina, but it's nice to see just how much. It was cute watching him trying to choose a cake, making sure that Cristina liked it too. And Cristina, like I've been saying all along, hasn't changed as a professional - she still wants to be the best surgeon, but she also wants the best man: Preston Burke. The couch scene left me breathless. The chemisty that IW and SO have is incredible.

I loved that episode! but SERIOUSLY! That scene with derek and meredith broke my heart! I mean, so what if meredith didn't swim. She was having issues that are now resolved. Derek was scared but he should be happy that she's alive and not suicidle! And I think George and Izzie make a cute couple and I'm sick of Callie getting in the way! T.R. Knight can't leave the show! He's one of my favorite characters! And I also think that it was jerkish of alex to turn Addison down but you could tell he regretted it. I actually felt bad for Mark! The man-whore really seemed commited to addison and then she goes and has sex with alex. i know what I said before but I can't decide who I want Addison to be with more! And Burktina were really cute too.

i totally agree with meggie, however that wasnt proper communication, that was just an unfinished sentence derek made, what about the other stuffs and why didnt he try to stop her? i also noticed that christina didnt tell any of her fellow intents (not even meredith) about the cards carllie gave her, i just hope she is not being selfish like b4. i didnt feel sorry for addi at all, why was she asking mark for a drink as if nothing happened? Ava, on the other hand is just a gossip, she should better mind her business. The gizzie thingy doesnt look or feel real at all
