Tonight's Episode: "Scars and Souvenirs"
It's about time. Tonight, Grey's Anatomy makes its return with the all-new "Scars and Souvenirs." This episode was formerly known as "Old Wounds," and is written by Debora Cahn.
Tonight, as he continues to work on her case, Alex grows closer to Jane Doe, who finally recovered enough to speak in "Some Kind of Miracle." At the same time, a new patient flies into Seattle for surgery and leaves an immediate impression.
Someone else enters the race for Chief of Surgery, which continues to heat up. George faces more problems with Izzie and Callie - the latter has a big secret. Someone treats a WWII veteran in other interesting case. On top of all of this, Derek treats a patient near and dear to him, and there's talk of a huge plot twist (see poll and spoiler post from yesterday).
The episode guest stars Elizabeth Reaser (Pregnant Jane Doe), as well as Shohreh Aghdashloo (Helen Crawford) and Roger Rees (Dr. Colin Marlow).

Do not get rid of George ( Love T.R.) ...it will not be the same without him. He gives the show that innocent touch. We need more of that on TV today. Nice to see a man vunerable...in a good way.

I used to be a big Grey's Fan but it has now officially jumped the shark! This episode was dull and just too much same ol same ol with now yet another sexual rendezvous between main characters.....whether Izzie and George really did it or not..........boring!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that Shonda has finally run out of material.........they should have continued with some interesting storyline with Joe the Bartender or bring back Syph nurse with something better like a suicide attempt or maybe the Chief's wife comes down with cancer but still does not want to get back with him.......come on people! There are lots of better ideas out there!........I am probably not watching next week but will rent Freedom Writers to be able to at least see some quality acting with Patrick and Hilary.

looks like izzie and geore r drunck in the preview.thats akward.i do think that callies secret is that she is pregnant though.

i doubt izzie and george will get together. they looked drunk anyway. and knowing them, they were probably just fooling around or george might have been practicing what to say to Callie?

looks like callie is pregnant then!! and it looks as though George and Izzie will get together - they never said that it was only one of those possible six storylines- it could be all - it could be 2!! I can't wait!!! Shame I'm in England and won't actually be able to watch any until next week (boarding school - they banned most websites) so i expect the episode guide and quotes up in time for my double free period tomorrow morning!!! haha
