Does Derick have a sister? When did we find that out? and if he does have a sister do we even know if she is/was pregnant?

Okay so i'm thinking that meredith can't die right cause what would the show be called right? Steven's Anatomy, Omalie's Anoatomy, it not going to happen!
The little girl creeps me out, and she did disaper right that was not just me! If she is a real person she would say some thing, like "the doctor is dieing" right?
Derick is going to be the one that saves Meredith i'm almost positive of that, and he will be her knight in shininh whatever! i love thing show!

I have watched this episode over and over about 4-5 times already. Just can't hardly wait until Thursday! and I've been reading over everyones comments on what they think will lie ahead for Mer/Der and the entire gang! I really think Dereck will rescue Meredith especially since he told her he was her Knight and Shinning Whatever and remember in season 2, Der told Mer that when he met her..it was like he was drowning and she saved him! She was like a breathe of fresh air. All of these things make sense that he will be there for her as well! I love how the writers seem to pull all of these things together! I just hope that Mer will finally open up with Der and let him help her! In Shonda's podcast she comments that whatever happens will determine the direction that Mer/Der go from this incident. I'm hoping for the best scenario. I think Mer will be in a comma temporarily and then will have to see the psychiatrist. Then I wondered if she would have to have brain surgery and Derrec

Loved your pt of view too, Gloria! - I agree - but, I don't know about Izzie. She is my favorite character on the show, but to me, she didn't act like a doctor. She seemed too nervous - Which i could understand, but she doubted herself WAY too much. I'm hoping that her patient will pull through! (Great episode Shonda!)

Thurs. nite was outstanding, as usual. Shonda and All the writers were on top of this on all points.Every time I think I have seen the best episode , you all go out and blow me away again. When Meredith was in the tub and Derek came in/took her out of the tub. It was just So Derek (sweet darling). Even later when Meredith mean to him,saying you are not my knight in shining what ever. His response was perfect. " I am you knight in shining whatever",and then leaned in and kissed her ( true Derek Style) I just cried. Alex was wonderful also. He is finally coming into his own as a Dr. I don'i think the others see him that way yet.
I understand Cristina's view point re: telling Meredith about the engagment. They have a friendship/sisterly bond that is fantastic. Cristina could see Mer was stressed out about something when they were in the locker room. Um cant she be a psychiatrist and a patient? Someone is suppose to change the hospital could it be Meredith or the pregnant lady... Here is a new theory i have heard that is the pregnant lady is Derek's sister Kathleen she is a Psychiatrist and if she went to the trailer to see him she would have to take the ferry to get to Seattle Grace... but this is just a theory we all wont know anything till this is all over :(
