Grey's Anatomy Returns Thursday, and We Haven't Seen Anything Yet
If you've think you've seen the best Grey's Anatomy has to offer, well, you have no idea what they have planned in upcoming episodes, writes TV sleuth Kristin Veitch of Yahoo.com.
Truth be told, no one has any idea what's happening unless they're part of the inner circle. You see, what is coming up - when the show returns next Thursday with "Six Days" and heads into sweeps is apparently so intense that the Grey's Anatomy cast and crew are guarding the secrets as if their very lives depend on it.
Nevertheless, upon visiting the set yesterday, Veitch can tell you that not only was the press politely quarantined to a back corner of the set, worlds away from where the cast was shooting, but the actors' sound bites have been reduced to:
- "There will be something new." - Chandra Wilson
- "Something is coming up." - James Pickens, Jr.
And here's the thing. We love them for it. Because we just so happen to know a few deets on what the writers have planned for upcoming episodes when Grey's Anatomy returns and can tell you that you the upcoming twists and turns are not something for which you want Grey's Anatomy spoilers.
It's that good. And shocking.
Lest you think we're joking, I will share with you a few teases at the end of this article, for you who keep writing that you'll die if you don't get some info to tide you over to the new episodes.
But first, a few words about Chandra Wilson. Proving how contrary to her "nazi" character she is, Chandra spent half of the interview thanking the writer profusely for those words. Who does she think she is? Some kind of non-celebrity? It's truly odd â" and refreshing â" for an actress on the hottest show on television.
As for her Screen Actors Guild nomination, Wilson said:
"I am floating today. This means so much to me, you have no idea. You know, you pay your SAG dues for all those years, and then I guess they finally have to pay you back!"
When asked about what's coming up on the show, Chandra gave that ridiculous tease about the "new," then added, in a brow-raised whisper, as if she were actually giving something away, that there would be "two parts" to the big story arc they're working on.
Stop the presses!
James Pickens, Jr., was equally gracious about the cast's SAG nomination for Drama Ensemble, but really lit up when talking about Chandra.
"It's perfect that she got it. I love her. There are few people as talented and amazingly kind as she on this planet. I mean that," he said.
When asked whether he might be leaving the show if the Chief really were to retire, Pickens was certainly hopeful that it's not the case.
"Oh, I hope not! But you never know. All I know is that there's some really good stuff coming up for the Chief that will be quite intriguing."
And that's all. But for you chomping at the bit for some Grey's Anatomy gossip, here are the teases wecan give you about what's ahead:
- Someone will get engaged.
- Someone will get ... more than that.
- Someone will die.
- Someone we thought was dead will return.
- Two people whose names both start with the letter "A" - Addisex! - will get even hotter.
And Grey's Anatomy will do the one thing that you'd think it never, ever, ever, ever could. Yes, that! Grey's Anatomy returns this Thursday on ABC. Are you counting the minutes or what?

Most likely the same person to get engaged will get married. Really it could be any of them. There giving hints that its george and callie but the want to do it to throw us off so mabye it could be christina and burke?
Someone will die/Someone we thought was dead will return- No way is Denny going to come back! Shonda already said Denny is dead, dead, dead and it would be so riddiculous for him to come back. Unless he has a twin. I think this next episode Dr.Hahn will kill georges dad and go to commerical so we think hes dead then come back and Dr. Burke will save him and bring him back to life or mabye vise versa.
We already know alex and addison are getting close but we'll see how close.
For the huge thing either Izzy will get married mabye or McSteamy will. Who would ever think he would settle down. Somebody is definitly going to be pregnant. I didnt catch the addison thing between her and sloan about a baby that entertainment mag. is speculating addison is or was pregnant.

Nothing is to say that the same couple can't get married and engaged except that the spoiler, if you rely o spoilers says that it is a different couple. I think Callie is going to be pregnant and George is going to do the honorable thing and propose. The baby will turn out to be Sloan's so they may not actually get married. It is really hard to guess though isn't it? The part about Grey's will do something we thought they would never, ever do could be a marriage between Derek and MEredith. That is something I would never have expected them to do this early. The story is usually about getting together, breaking up, getting back together. It is hard to sustain interest when everything goes along smoothly. I am, of course, still hoping for a miracle and that it is Burke and Cristina getting married, but there are several possible scenarios.

hey i reckon that callie & george are definitely the ones to get either married/engaged... i reckon george is going to do a whole big apology/my life isn't the same without you/you mean everythign to me speech.... = engagement! and who's to say the same couple can't get engaged and married...
as for the thing greys' anatomy would never do... hmmmm i can only hope it's AWESOME!

Kyle Chandler stars on Friday Night Lights so I doubt very much that all of his gamillion pieces will be restored so that he can come back to life on GA. Denny is dead, dead, dead. He had an autopsy. You can't get much deader than that. Maybe he will come back in a dream sequence, but what fun would that be. The someone we thought was dead that returns could be someone like Cristina's dad. It also could be something like George's father dies during surgery but someone does something extraordinary to bring him back to life. I really can't imagine what would be something Grey's would never, never do. It seems to me that they frequently cross the line and might do just anything. Maybe it is have two of their primary characters marry, like Derek and Meredith or Burke and Cristina. I would like to see either of those situations take place and it is hard to believe that the writers would let them be that happy for very long. So that could be it.

You guys need to check out Chandra on Jimmy Kimbel (you can see it on youtube...type in chandra wilson) she was hilarious..........she was funny when asked about the case getting along with each other...i think she handled it very well....there is also another clip from thursdays new episode....it will explain what is going on between Callie and mcdreamy (somewhat)

When You said, "Someone we thought was dead will return", I honestly said: "Shut Up! No Way, I KNOW that's not possible." And I was pointing to the screen.
Because the first person we think of when you say that is: "OMFG, DENNY?!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?"
And we already knew about Addex. ;_;
Ew. Addisex is winning all of a sudden? double you tee eff, honestly. xP
I think... nobody's going to get engaged. I honestly can't think of anyone other than Alex and Izzie, or The two 'main' couple (Der & Mer) to get engaged, and for them to get engaged is kind of... easy to see, no? I'm counting the days, hon. 2 more. =D OMG. MARK AND THAT NEW DOCTOR! =O It makes sense. She's a red head. (XD)
As for some of the other cast, there's a few things I'd like to say:
I hope the chief doesn't die (sorry Dith, it just doesn't seem plausible to me at the moment), because he's a vital part of the team, whether or not he's on screen or not. He's HEAD of Seattle Grace, STILL, might I add.

i think the chief will die since he will porbably leave his job and go back to his wife... i hope that meredith and derek will get engaged..and george and callie will get married... and i think the thing that greys anatomy would never ever ever do is ....that meredith will be pregnant..maybe??? hopefully..
